Shipping and Handling
We use both Canada Post and Purolator as our primary methods of shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on location and whether the item is in stock or back-ordered. Items usually ship from 2-10 days within Canada excluding weekends and holidays.and 3-14 days to the US for items that are in stock.
For US customers, please note: You will be responsible for all clearance charges (duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees) associated with your order.
We are able to accept international orders. Please email us at email@example.com and we will gladly provide you with a shipping quote.
Occasionally, an item can be out of stock and no longer available, in both cases we will notify you by email. If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order we will issue a full refund
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return most unused, unwashed, non-sale items (exceptions listed below) in their original condition with tags attached within 14 days for a full refund, less the shipping costs, or for a store credit or exchange. After 14 days, and up to 30 days, we will gladly issue a credit or exchange. We do not accept returns after 30 days from receipt of purchase. All orders requiring a return or exchange require prior approval by Miss M. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have prior approval.
All purchases of items on-sale and/or discounted are final.
We cannot accept returns on special order items.
Undergarments, baby bottles and other products where hygiene concerns apply are final sale.
Please contact Miss M at firstname.lastname@example.org for return procedures. We will provide you with our shipping address and an exchange/return authorization number. Please include a copy of the original invoice with your return or exchange. Items lost or damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the original method of payment.
Credit amount for any return or exchange will be for the price of the product(s) less any applicable shipping charges
Please allow approximately two weeks for the processing of your return.
If your product has a manufacturing defect, Miss M is happy to replace it for you. The shipping charge is waived for replacements.
- All orders shipped within Canada are subject to provincial and federal tax guidelines.
- Taxes will be charged based on the billing address provided.
- Orders shipped within Canada will be charged 5% GST (excluding Quebec).
- Orders shipped to Quebec will be charged 5% GST and 9.5% PST
- Canadian taxes will not be charged to orders being shipped to the United States. Customers in this instance will be responsible for any additional taxes and duties charged by customs.
